1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TexturaVive, located at 1 Gracehill Road, UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services, including textile design consulting and creative coaching, are provided subject to your compliance with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or engaging our services.

2. Coaching & Workshop Policies

Our workshops and creative coaching sessions are designed to foster innovation and technical skill in the textile industry. To maintain the quality of these sessions, the following cancellation policies apply:

  • Individual Coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee.
  • Group Workshops: Due to material preparation costs, workshop seats are non-refundable but are transferable to another individual with 72 hours' notice.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

3. Consulting Agreements

Specific textile design consulting projects are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents. These terms serve as the framework for such agreements. Intellectual Property rights for custom designs typically transfer to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. We reserve the right to display project outcomes in our portfolio as examples of our creative innovation.

4. Limitation of Liability

TexturaVive provides industry trend analysis and fabric innovation mentoring based on current market data and creative expertise. While we strive for absolute accuracy, we are not liable for business outcomes or manufacturing issues resulting from the implementation of our creative advice.
